I write my reports on-site and off-site so that I can give you a proper inspection report. While some inspectors who write the report on-site are competent and knowledgeable, an inspection that depends entirely on the inspector's knowledge base and immediate response to the situation is at best incomplete. I take my time inspecting your new home, multiple-unit building, condominium or commercial property. The inspections last from 2 to 3 hours, and you will receive your inspection report on-site or within 24 hours from the inspection.
