Although we did not have the work completed yet. The young man named Michael was professional responsive and followed up with the appointment for the estimate. There was a charge for the estimate however it was consistent with other roofer companies I contacted. However, I chose this company because of the responsiveness and professionalism.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Sometimes we have promotions going on with discounts so be sure to ask about that. Also all jobs require a deposit at signing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would like to talk on the phone get some information on what’s going on with the roof, and schedule a time to come out and take a look. Next we go out and take a look at what needs to be done. We also Show, and explain what’s exactly causing the problem with the roof, and how to fix it. Finally a estimate is written out and sent to the customer. Giving full detail of what will be done, and price.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad started in 1972, and I been learning, and working with him all my life. Now I’m doing the same with my two sons.
