I am very happy with the completed tasks! After Home Depot installed my new flooring, 2 of my doors were too long so the thresholds were not completed. NeatFix trimmed the doors, installed new door stops and put in the thresholds. Very nice work.

Nick and team were excellent. They were able to install a door before the cold weather hit and helped seal a bogus door with a brand new replacement door. Highly recommend them with the speed and accuracy of the team.

If you’re looking for a good electrician, hire Neat Fix LLC. I found them through Thumbtack. What a lucky find. My job was completed fast, and more importantly, perfect. My whole experience couldn’t have been better. Every aspect of my dealings with Thumbtack and Neat Fix LLC from the very beginning of the process was totally professional, courteous, and on point down to every last detail. Lily, over at Thumbtack, took the lead to shepherd my project. As my account manager, Lily engaged Nick, Nancy, Nicholas, and Miguel over at Neat Fix to prepare the estimate for me, to promptly answer all of my questions, and better yet, Lily saw to it that everybody put their answers in writing. Lily has the sense of urgency and responsive you want. It was like she took over the project manager role for my project. I have worked with many contractors over the years and I must say that the Thumbtack/Neat Fix team is at the top for delivering a quality customer experience. I especially liked that my technical questions that Nancy and Nicholas answered were thorough and in writing. Then there’s Miguel, the Neat Fix electrician who came out to install my project. Wow! The best! Period. Miguel is the contractor you want. Professional, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, and fast. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it down to the smallest detail. Miguel hit a home run for us. It's not only what he did, but how he did it. Miguel is the real deal. He’s the guy! He’s the perfect role model. The entire team kept me informed every step of the way, they kept their word on everything they said, and delivered when they said they would. Everything in the process went smoothly, I must say that it is not often that one meets people who perform that way, a total pleasure to work with. Kudos and thanks to them.

From the demo team to the tile installer we were very pleased the (almost) finished project. They demo’ed the bathroom flooring and vanity in no time. Tile looks amazing. Coming to grout this weekend. Super happy with everyone and the results from this company highly recommend!!
