Installed hardwood floor in my condoDec 19, 2017Bright Tiles and Flooring's reply
Thank you for a 5 star rating John. I'm glad to hear I was able to brighten up your home.
Eduardo does great work. I'm very pleased with my new floor. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I got three estimates for my flooring installation and Bright Tiles and flooring was the most competitive. In addition their references were very pleased with their work. I have already referred others to Bright Tiles and Flooring and would definitely use them again!May 23, 2019
Eduardo did a fantastic job tearing out our old shower tile and installing new tile (including a recessed marble soap box). He was quick to return my calls and calculate an estimate and his price and work were both great. I would highly recommend working with Eduardo and will be using him for any tile work I need done in the future.Apr 30, 2018
He did two full baths in two days and his quote was within the ballpark of others. He was on time and did exceptionally work. He removed the existing floors and replaced the with ceramic tiles. Told me exactly what he needed and was very professional. I have asked him to return to do more work for me.Jan 22, 2018Bright Tiles and Flooring's reply
Thank you Lydia. I am eager to continue working on your home and brightening up.
Eduardo was very professional. Accommodated me in his schedule will a short notice. Came on time. Did a perfect, details oriented work. Very clean and perfection. Recommended and fixed some other minor work also without charge. He has a great personality. Will rehire him for future projects.Jan 14, 2018VerifiedBright Tiles and Flooring's reply
I am glad to hear you were satisfied with my work. I am looking forward to continue working with you on your future projects.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I go based on the type of material they want and what exactly they want done. I give them a reasonable price but if once I start I notice more work needs to be done I let them know before I do anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Ask them during the quote exactly what they want done and what material they will be using. I also ask them what their budget is and what their time fram is. After all that I like to send them a detailed email on what I will be doing and what my price will be. If we go forward with the project I like to have a contract done for both of our safety.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I started as a helper only mixing thin set and doing cuts for them. Also bringing down and picking up all the material and tools needed for the job. I always asked questions and paid attention to what and how they did everything. Even though I was never able to do more than just mix clean and do cuts I know I could do it. So I took a chance and I went on my own. I have been on my own now for 3 years and have never had a complain.
