We were on a tight schedule to prepare architectural plans, but Brian met with us on Saturday and finished the work within two weeks. The response time was very quick . Ross came to the property on time and explained all things needed to complete my project and their architectural drawings . Guys did exactly what I asked for and provided additional information regarding other areas of the property that I wasn’t aware of . Very reasonably priced . Definitely will use them again . We hired Brian after our initial architect stopped responsinding to our emails. We were looking to do a second floor addition with a fisrt floor remodel. Brian was great, he was able to pick up from where the last architect left off. He was super easy to work with, has a lot of valuable feedback and is honest about the potential cost. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We never believed in a standard pricing system. Just like we never give out a quick price with a potential Thumbtack client. We offer an initial meeting free of charge in order to better understand you as a client, and the conditions of the location we plan to build, remodel, or add on to. This allows us to give you a more accurate bid that is suited to your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always like to talk to our potential customers on the project site. It’s so important to not only hear about the project,but to go there and see what the client sees. A lot of times we not only find another option but save our clients money as well by thinking outside the box or providing some other options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 35 years combined experience in the industry. We have a long list of contacts to help in every type of construction ranging from Residential, Commercial, Industrial.
