I really appreciate Alex’s integrity in pointing out immediately the things he saw from the photos that should fix the problem of the washer shaking excessively. I tried it and it worked but still need help to properly install the unit in a very tight spot. He has a lot of experience, physical strength, problem solving skills and is very responsive and attentive to the situation. Not only did he get the washer installed and properly tested, and it worked like a charm, and also checked out the dryer as well to make sure it’s good although it wasn’t part of the project, he charged only half of the initial estimate. The quality of the work, the promptness, effective communication, and more importantly, the integrity and honesty got him a 5+ star rating from me. Super happy with the service! Thanks, Alex!
