My name is Neal Sherman of Sherman Flooring and I have over 42 years of experience through wood floor repair, refinishing, and installation of pre-finish and unfinished wood floors. The gratification I get from customers seeing them happy when their floors are finished are exactly why I got into this line of work. I cant even begin to describe the feeling of seeing a customers face once they see the transformation of the hardwood floors or stairs in their home.

I’d give Neil 6 stars if I could. Our very old hardwoodfloors look like new. His work is impeccable and he is honest and punctual. He also left the work areas spotless.

Neal and his team did absolutely excellent work! We had warped hardwoodfloors due to water damage. Neal was super responsive, provided a very fair quote, and was able to quickly begin the repair work. They sanded and refinished our dining room and foyer & the floors are beautiful! Highly recommend Neal Sherman Flooring for any hardwoodflooring projects.

Neal was great! No nonsense, straight forward guy. Gave estimate and was honest. Quoted 5 days to finish the job and he was done in 4. My hardwood looks brand new and I am thrilled to show it off. IF YOU NEED FLOORING WORK DONE, YOU ARE A FOOL TO NOT USE SHERMAN FLOORING!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I make it a point to take the time to price per job. Many things get taken into consideration before I am able to give a price. Such as: Square footage, type of hardwood, how dark the stain you would like, finishes, ect.
I offer a senior and veterans discount. Please contact to discuss the discounted amount. For my clients convenience I accept cash and check.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am honest and walk my potential clients through the process from start to finish to ensure that you understand what you are paying for and what to expect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry since I was a teenager so around 38 years of hands on experience.
