i was reluctant to trust another roofer after being burned by a previous hire. Phillip made me feel comfortable and fixed our problem roof. We will be working with him when we re-roof next year.

Loyal and his crew were on Time and first explained what was going to be done again and what materials they were going to be using. As we had previous discussed and they showed picture of damage and stuff seeing how we're not on the roof and explain what they were going to do. They were very professional. They also included a nice warranty on the job and materials. We will call them again when we need a completely new roof. He called and showed up when he said he would I had people tell me they were going to come and never showed up nor called very happy and a good price too.

Highly recommend! Phillip was very responsive! He was able to do an initial diagnosis remotely. He and his team came out two days later, confirmed the issue, and repaired our roof right then. He explained the repair, answered our questions, and was all-around great to work with. Definitely keeping Loyola Roofing’s number handy!

Two roofers came to repair a leaking roof. Problem persisted. These guys came through, did a thorough inspection, found a leak in a balcony door frame and fixed the problem. No water so far after 6 months.
