We engaged Roy and his crew to do a complete makeover of our primary bedroom and bath, and they did an amazing job. They were committed to delivering the best end result, not to rush through the job or to cut corners. Roy himself was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. He responded to texts quickly. There was a collaborative aspect to our project that I really appreciated. I hired Roy to do a small different project, and his guys misjudged one thing. When I informed him, he immediately had them go back and fix the mistake. I really appreciated that. If you hire Roy, I do suggest that you communicate actively him regarding what he is paying for out of his fees versus what you are expected to pay for separately. That was confusing sometimes. Roy also was great about not letting our engagement go idle mid-project. Once he started, he stayed with it until it was finished. That's not always the case with contractors. That said, you'll have a great experience with this guy. My wife and I did this project as our 2023 Christmas present to ourselves. We are already reaching out to Roy for our 2024 Christmas present! Highly recommend!!!

Roy and his team were everything we could have wanted in a basement contractor. They were patient with our decision making, responsiveness and got the job done quickly. He made sure we were happy with everything before completing things. We absolutely love our new finished basement which includes a gym, dry bar and half bath. We can’t thank or recommend Roy enough!

We recently had our bathroom fully remodeled—complete demo and installation of new tub/shower, shower tile, floor tile, vanity, toilet, lighting, etc. Would highly recommend this contractor for their work! We absolutely loved the way everything turned out, attention to detail throughout the remodel and the communication on different aspects of the bathroom. We already are thinking about additional remodel opportunities we have in our home!
