Ground Up made the whole contractor experience pleasant and bearable on top of doing a fine job as described and executed. Would hire again no question and will look forward to working with Ground Up on other home yard projects.

Jose arrived right on time and was a very good customer service expert. Rather than haggle and try to nickel-and-dime me to death like my previous and prior lawn service guys, Jose was very pleasant and professional in addressing all my last-minute questions—as well as my small follow up requests for the next service. Based on our pre-hire negotiations and his on-site customer service, I think he is “The Real Deal” and his lawn maintenance services will only grow much bigger and better. I can’t recommend this service more highly!

So far, so good. Jose met me at my house at the scheduled time and evaluated the job. He gave me a reasonable quote and did a good job on the clean-up. I'm going to use him for regular yard maintenance and am expecting the same quality job he's done so far. Very happy.
