SCAM ALERT - This company doesn’t follow through on what is agreed upon. I don’t think RJ’s Prestigious Enterprises is a reputable company. I paid for 8 plows this season. However only 4 were needed due to the lack of snow. I only received 2. I had to pay in advance, which I was uncomfortable with, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. Don’t make that mistake. Do NOT pay in advance. I paid $520 at $65 per plow. When it was time for the 3rd plow, I was told someone came out that morning. But my driveway was still covered in snow. Several messages later, I was told I had less than 2 inches so the guy left. (However, two nights prior, I was told that I had just under 2 inches & it snowed again the next day.) A month later we got at least 3 inches. No one showed up. The next day came and went. After going back and forth several times through texts with the owner, he kept promising someone would come out, in the end no one showed. Do not bother with this company. You might feel you’re getting a deal. “We’ll give you $15 off per plow when you pay for the season” “We’re booked with only 1 opening left.” Don’t fall for it. It’s a scam. I asked to be refunded, the owner said it rolls over to next season. Well, looks like I’m just out $390 (6 plows) Lesson learned!

I am very pleased with the service I received from RJ’s. I know this is a very busy time for lawn care companies, and it is very evident when you try to get into contact with any of them. I was blown off and ghosted by many other companies, but RJ’s was great about communicating and keeping me updated, even when schedules changed, which I really appreciate. They are flexible and honest, and make their clients feel valued. I am very happy with their work product and their service, and I will definitely be contacting them again.
