Submitted info for a quote. Got back to me by phone super quickly and said he would give me info over text/email. Never heard back until I reached out the day after. He then called to ask again about all the info that I discussed with him the previous day and said he would email me with more info. Never heard back

Reuben is great. We have had the first service which looks great and will now be on the every other week schedule. The lawn was high (we had to be out of town on an emergency and it got out of control). Now it is short and beautiful and tidy edges. Reuben is so communicative - responds quickly and thoroughly. I sent him pictures of the yard and he gave me a price. When he was finished he said, “it was smaller than I thought.” And adjust the price lower! Who does that?!? Excited to watch my lawn and garden get more beautiful as the summer goes on and super happy not to be doing it myself. First time I used thumbtack and I think I scored!
