I scheduled a service appointment with this company to address an issue at my home, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. They never showed up at the scheduled time and did not provide any communication to explain the delay or reschedule. I understand that unexpected situations can come up, but a simple call or message would have gone a long way. Not respecting a customer’s time and failing to communicate is unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication practices in the future.
