WOW! Reached out to Thumbtack, and Jamie responded within the hour. He is a member of the local Chamber of Commerce, was friendly and efficient. He offered 3 options for the fix and repair, which afforded me to choose the option that best suited our needs. His work was professional and fast , and, I must say, he was very friendly too! I needed work done at the last minute and he was here within 24 hours and finished by 10:30 am. Job complete. that's what I call service!!

A part of vinyl siding on my house blew off during a storm that needed to be fixed. The original piece of siding blew away but James was able to match the missing piece perfectly. He is easy to reach, gives you an exact quote of cost, explains everything well and has a lot of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been interested in how infrastructure works since I was 5 years old. I have been building forts since about the same age. I have been fascinated by the industry my whole life and I enjoy it so much I don't think I will ever do anything else.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The things that are done below the surface are as important, and sometimes more important, than the appearance of a finished product. Siding is a great example of that. The underlayment is the weather barrier, not the siding. You can have the most beautiful siding job done, only to find out later that it is leaking into the home and causing mold.
