I truly enjoy every bootcamp session with Mary. She pushes me when I "think" I can't go further. I haven't been in a size medium since high school, over 16.5 years ago. I could not have gotten back to this size without her. As an avid, runner, I see the positive changes in my strength and endurance as I run long runs! Her bootcamp DEFINITELY gave me the strength needed to power across the finish line of my first FULL marathon. Mary is gifted and talented: a force to be reckoned with. About 3 years ago and weighting 270 lbs, I came to Keith for help to loose weigh and to change bad health choices. We sat down and he helped me put together a meal plan and workout regiment. Sunny is "super" motivating and fun to workout with! He pushes me to the limit which produces major results. He's helped me target my core (a problem area) and increase muscle mass. The best workout period! Prior to joining D3 my workout experience had not been very effective. I would do the same standard, boring exercises with absolutely no results. I love Primal Fit Bootcamp!!! This is the only exercise that I have stuck with, EVER!!! I have been coming to Ian's class for over a year and a half now, and Ian keeps it fun yet challenging, with lots of variety so it never gets boring! Ian goes above and beyond, with different challenges for every fitness level, and extra nutrition advice and info to really take your health to the next level. Excellent class, and even better trainer!!
I love the concept of this gym; keep the mind AND body Fit and Healthy!! The staff is professional and personable. They have a beautiful, well equipped facility and offer a great variety of classes! Each instructor is spot on with good technique/form to insure you get the most from your exercise regimen. Brian knows his kickboxing, Stephanie is the most caring yogi I know. Kim is great at getting your brain to believe 'you can do anything'. Nick and Sarah know body strength and movement like no other. Helen, Terri, Donna & Dimple ROCK the bootcamp workouts each and everyday! And how cool that they have compression muscle recovery for post workout!!
Juan used to come to my house and provide one on one home training 2-3 days per week. He was always flexible with times and always fit me in, and was always always on time. Juan is very professional on would always send a confirmation text the day before to make sure the time still works. He always listened to my needs and provided constant positive reinforcement. The home trainings for me was for 30 minutes and I always ended the session dripping with sweat. We also set up a group bootcamp with people from my work at a local forest presence for 1 hour, one day per week.It was a fun way to socialize with co workers, and everyone got a great workout too.
I've been training with Robert for 3 months now. My first month I trained with him in-person with 2 days of private training a week and 2 days in his bootcamp. Unfortunately,I moved after my first month of training with him, but I knew after that month I liked the results I was seeing with him and wanted to continue training with him. I approached him for online-training and we started that 2 months ago. I love the customized training plans he sends me each week and helps keep me motivated, especially those days I need an extra push. I've continued to see progress in my strength and appearance. I'm very happy training with Robert and looking forward to continue training with him!
