- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of carpets and upholstery. I find that many clients do not regularly maintain their carpets. Therefore the dirt is deeply embedded, especially around the edges where vacuum cleaners cannot clean very well. I must managed expectations and give the client a fair assessment of the situation before I begin. It is always better to education the client in the beginning rather than after the job is completed.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
It did a job for someone on a sunday. cleaned the carpets and upholstery. I even power scrubbed the carpets. They were so satisfied that they gave me four referrals and now I have their apartment buildings too,
