FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on an hourly basis or hourly + design fixed fee depending on the project. Recently I have developed an E Design program which is a flat fee for a specific space. Please ask me more about it! When purchasing you are charged designer cost - never retail- along with a management fee or in some cases can purchase direct from the vendor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best way to get to know you and your project is a phone call where we can talk about your project and your expectations along with sending me photos in these days of Covid. In the past I had given an approximate 30 - 45 minute complimentary home visit to achieve those objectives. If you would like to proceed, I'll then send you my letter of agreement which outlines what you can expect from me and my company and the project scope. I will also ask you to fill in my questionnaire for our next appointment. I also offer E Design with a flat fee per room program with mood boards, recommendations, and list of items to purchase. Please ask for more information. When hired, we'll work together to determine your style, likes, and dislikes in home furnishings and spaces. At this point, we will tweak and define further the actual pieces going in the space with a mood board. I offer purchasing services and supervision services to ensure the project goes smoothly and seamlessly. My services are all transparent where you are an integral part of achieving the home you desire.
