- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are on the middle to higher end of pricing and can justify our prices vs. the low bid. We back our work, and your satisfaction is guaranteed. Your project will be completed on schedule and budget. Our price is transparent and do not offer a low estimate only to later add items that should've been included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding what a client is envisioning as a completed project, and with our knowledge of construction and design experience to get to the project done on budget. We want to make any project big or small as exciting to our clients as possible. We want to educate our clients on all phases of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the business of home remodeling for over 3 decades. All employees have extensive knowledge and training. All of our sub contactors are licensed/bonded and have been with the Rusty Nail family for years. Many clients will comment on how nice the "guys" are. We strongly believe in having top quality craftsmen that are polite and trustworthy.
