After working in a big cleaning franchise for a few years, the owner learned the ins and outs of the cleaning industry. She learned what most customers liked and disliked, in terms of customer service and employees. Now after founding Genuine Maid, she uses everything she learned and made a company that is known for its great customer service and cleaning abilities. We have plenty of reviews!
