He was also able to get us a furnace over $1,000 cheaper than what the other companies quoted.The technicians did a wonderful job. Not overly chatty but very polite. They made sure to protect my floors (even though they too are in need of repair). The one who finished things up was great. He actually went above and beyond for me. I didn't quite like how one of the cords were and he put in the extra effort to make sure that I wouldn't have issues with it in the future. He was able to explain the new thermostat to me and answered any questions I had!I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done. A couple hours less than I was expecting!When they realized a small thing I wanted done wasn't, they reached out to me to let me know when we have them back in spring, they will be happy to take care of it. Only a later date because I wasn't in a rush for it.Over all they did a great job. I will be happy to use them again in the future!"See more

Within 3 minutes of reaching out with my request, Dominik had already identified some potential causes of my issue and was heading my way. He was patient as I asked him questions while he worked and his answers provided me great insight into my system. He walked me through his diagnostic process and ultimately isolated the issue in about 10-15 minutes. After doing so, Dominik located a store that carried the replacement part and had my furnace up and running again in less than an hour. His tune up service was fantastic as well, as he provided thorough reviews of each part of the system along with realistic timelines regarding when I can expect to need repair in the coming years. Each did the basics and then contacted their respective managers for ideas. We paid for one to wait on hold for technical support 10 minutes! We paid $200 and then $279 without resolution.Then Zack Horn stopped by to prepare a proposal. We went down to the furnace and he just listened to it and said something doesnt sound right . Ten minutes later our furnace was repaired. Holy Cow, was I impressed! I offered to gladly pay him for the repair but he wouldnt take our money.This guy is truly a gifted technician and a unique individual. Thank you again, Zack!"See more
