Plumbers arrived early in the morning and proceeded to knock out all the projects I had lined up - replacing a sump pump, repairing a leaking hot water heater pressure valve. Top Tier was probably the most affordable quote I got as well.
Details: Repair existing sump pump • Submersible pump located inside basin • No, the building is not currently flooded • Residential

Jim and Joseph are great hard working brothers. I have used them in many projects for my home. I can say without of the doubt these guys are professional and get the job done right. Recently got a battery backup installed at my home where the price and quality of work and the devices installed were excellent. These guys are my go to guys for any plumbing issues for my home. You wont regret it.

We needed an overhead sewer motor and connection worked on in our home. We called late afternoon on Tuesday. They arrived Wednesday morning and the job was done before 11 AM. Terrific! They show up as promised, do the job and give a very reasonable bill. Highly recommended.

We have finally found a plumber we are comfortable with and trust. Jim has been out to us for three projects over the last few months. He recently hooked up a new faucet and disposal when we got a new countertop (along with taking out the old). He has also done repair work in all three of our bathrooms between toilets, showers and bathtubs. In every case he has been responsive, punctual, clean, efficient and reasonable. He does good work and tells you straight out what your issue is without any dramatizations. We are already planning a project for this summer that well be calling him for.

I used Jim twice now already for separate things. One was to install a new exterior faucet for another hose hook up. The second time we came home from vacation and had a puddle of water around our two pumps. I thought it was the sump pump but I called Jim and glad I did cause it turned out it was this other pump in the house called a ejector pump. This pump ejects the sewage and waste water. Jim was professional and we discussed the job costs up front so no surprises. Thanks again Jim.
