Had Alex come out mainly to install a garbage disposal. Did a fantastic job with the install being thorough in all he did. Hooked up a dryer vent in my crawlspace as well. Offered some suggestions on the venting and with everything repeatedly offered to come back out if any problems. I feel very secure in all hes done.Extremely satisfied with all he did. A very efficient and hard worker. Great guy!

Needed water heater replacement and they were able to come within a couple days. Showed up when they said they would and did the job in a very timely manner. Jeromy was courteous and helpful answering my questions. Would def use them again!

Fast, transparent, kind, professionals with straightforward pricing.I found OneStop online when I was looking for a local plumber. I spoke to a real, local employee. She quickly scheduled an appointment for me, fitting me during the busy holidays, and the plumber was fast, straightforward with the cost estimate, and did the work well. Could not be more impressed. They will be my new go-to repair service for plumbing and HVAC.Ive used other prominent DuPage County companies in the past but they either overcharge me, are too busy, cant make their appointments, or do quick and dirty work.
