I had a significant problem with a complicated leaky pipe located deep behind my central heating unit in the basement. I called Zhalil expecting to leave a message, but he responded immediately and incredibly, came out on Thanksgiving Day just to assess the situation. The plumber was professional, courteous, and transparent about the work involved. Zhalil assessed the issue and came back later to complete the fix without charging for the initial holiday visit! The job was not easy given the tight space, but they solved the complicated problem efficiently. I am extremely happy with the results and the integrity of this business.
