Jay was awesome! Assessed the issue quickly, replaced it and left everything tidy in less than 20min! For what it’s worth, I’m a AA woman living alone, and felt safe and comfortable having him in my home. Jay from Tru Art Plumbing has a wonderful personality, very easy to work with. He was on time for the estimate appointment. Offered a flat labor rate plus parts to install a new vent pipe for the house along with some needed piping in the basement waist system. Started the job right away and finished by end of the day. Great job and the price was right! Offered him the task of replacing the galvanized piping for copper pipe in our house. Got a very reasonable quote. Showed up 5 days later. Finished the job in 10 hours (keeping the water loss to only one day). Looks good... Price was right. A rare find. Will use him again.

I had a significant problem with a complicated leaky pipe located deep behind my central heating unit in the basement. I called Zhalil expecting to leave a message, but he responded immediately and incredibly, came out on Thanksgiving Day just to assess the situation. The plumber was professional, courteous, and transparent about the work involved. Zhalil assessed the issue and came back later to complete the fix without charging for the initial holiday visit! The job was not easy given the tight space, but they solved the complicated problem efficiently. I am extremely happy with the results and the integrity of this business. This level of service is rare. I would highly recommend to anyone needing reliable, expert plumbing service. Thank you for saving my holiday!
