Highly recommend Dmitrii and his brother Alex. They added an office/bedroom to my basement. Dmitri was the main guy I dealt with during our basement project, and he was patient and respectful the whole way through. Alex was just as kind and respectful, and good with a miter! They did an awesome job and pay attention to the details. They did everything to local codes. All of our permits passed on the first try, which was huge. You can trust these guys.

We don’t compete on low-bid discounts; instead, we deliver superior value through an in-house crew (no subcontractors), a 2-year warranty on all work, and a complimentary designer consultation with a 3D rendering included with your project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial consultation to discuss your vision, functional goals, and budget. Next, we visit your home for precise on-site measurements and architectural evaluation. We then prepare an itemized proposal along with a 3D design concept. Once approved, our dedicated in-house team handles the entire remodel from prep to final walkthrough with direct, transparent communication throughout.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of industry experience, our leadership and in-house team possess deep expertise across full residential remodeling, structural framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, and high-end tile and carpentry work. We are fully registered and insured contractors, continuously adhering to municipal building codes and safety regulations across Chicago's northwest suburbs.
