Tai went above and beyond with the work performed. He spent a HUGE amount of time trying to locate the entry point of how ladybugs are coming inside my kitchen onto my ceiling tiles. While we both were left baffled, I now see this more of an outside extermination matter. Instead of leaving, Tai asked me if there was something I needed done, and without hesitation, I stated that the bathtub needed caulking. A great job, Tai, and thanks for also repairing the kitchen screen! I look forward to you completing other projects for me.
