Zakar was prompt, intelligent with experience in all facets of building trades. In less than 2 hours, he tightened a faucet, a sink soap dispenser, repaired a ceiling light fixture, changed a bathroom wall switch, changed a Schlage key lock entry door lever and placed Christmas wreath and sled in the garage attic. my house had the original insulation from 1960. Single-handely, he was able to remove the original insulation and install the correct new installation. my house is already feeling better. plus! We had couple of odds and ends to be either installed or fixed. I gave the list of all the items to be done along with photos. He came back with the quote which was way more reasonable than others.
