We had a great experience with North Shore Garage Doors. I called with a coupon. Will, the owner, was very nice and answered my questions, sent me info to pick out a door. They were very patient as it took us a while to actually place the order after first contacting them. Once we were ready, they got our garage measured and the door installed in less than a week. It looks great, major improvement. I had a good experience every time I called. They juggled their schedule to work around ours.

They were. terrific. They gave me a quote tight away and sent out a tech that afternoon. The tech, Joe, was prompt, polite and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better tech. He also took the time to lubricate everything and taught me how to do it. I was extremely satisfied.

I live in Berkeley, IL. Willie put a garage door in for me. The work was excellent, my neighbors have given me lots of compliments on my door. They know their trade. I had shopped around they gave me the best price and quality right up front. The installer explained the door functions, went to the lumber yard, brought 2 X 4s to strengthen support for side bracks, cleaned up and called back to see if I was pleased. They get an A+ from me and don't pass out compliments easy.
