Partha Property Group and its owner, Vic, have been a blessing to work with. I was absolutely blown away by the attention to detail and care that was put into my home, so much so that I asked him to manage another home of mine as a short-term rental. In addition to the clear care that they put into the staging and decorations, I have been even more impressed with Vic’s ability to handle so many different aspects of the business, including carefully screening each guest that is coming into the home, communicating frequently with multiple parties, and even making sure we are adhering to all regulations. I have also never had any concerns regarding payments, as Vic always fulfills his financial obligations in an organized and prompt manner. Finally, it is clear to anyone that Vic’s clients are satisfied by the experience he provides, as his reviews are flawless.
