We quote based on the complexity of the job, estimated hours to complete, manpower demand, and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with my clients before quoting to ensure that we have defined the scope of work properly, communicated each other's expectations, and agreed upon the best solution for the customer, and what is in their best interest.

33 years of trade experience and numerous certifications through formal classroom training when I was in the Union.
