- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack sends quotes for us automatically. Although we do our best on this platform to monitor the prices, they may not be accurate. A 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an active family, kids in sports, pets and lots of time spent at home may take much more time to clean than a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with only 2 adults, guests occasionally. Please feel free to contact us for a quote over the phone, send us more details about your home, or schedule an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone consult, we generally set up a time to meet for an estimate. Christine or a Mopology Manager will spend some time with you going over the details of your home or business, what is important to you in a service, and discuss pricing and your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Christine's background in property management and healthcare brings a fresh take on residential cleaning. Our staff is trained to know how to properly sanitize kitchens and bathrooms, and other areas of your home. This is important for our clients that have allergies, illnesses, weakened immune systems or sensitivities to fragrance. As we clean, we may notice areas of your home that need maintenance that may otherwise go unnoticed. A loose cabinet door, non-functioning outlets, a leaky faucet. We like to address these issues with you to ensure your home is kept in good condition.
