I wouldn’t say the house was a big mess but it wasn’t sparkling either and when she left it was immaculate.
I will point out she does use your vacuum which I wasn’t aware of ahead of time, I do not mind at all, I just didn’t have it fully charged so she kept having to recharge it which I’m sure cut into her process I’m sure. She rolled with it and she left both myself and my husband impressed.
Our household is 2 working parents a very active toddler and 2 small dogs. We were all home and she was able to get the first floor and 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the second floor done in 3 hours. Will definitely hire again for a general cleaning!
