Introduction: I developed over 15 years of experience in performing PC, laptop and printer repairs, with an in-depth knowledge and usage of Windows operating systems, Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook), etc. I'm comfortable with all facets of PC and laptop hardware setup and maintenance, including installation and configuration of hard drives, NICs, printers, and other PC accessories. I also work with PC imaging and configuration, TCP/IP, routers, WAPs, wireless, and other networking devices. I'm pretty savvy with search engine techniques and spyware/adware removal tools as well as antivirus programs. I have been consulting home user and small business with computer-related issues for over five years.
