- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a Free Meet and Greet for all potential clients. A Meet and Greet gives you an opportunity to ask questions, get to know me, and make a decision about which Training Program is best for you and your dog Six-week Private Lesson Program: $575 Includes 6 private lessons in the privacy of your own home or out in the community. For you and your dog to benefit fully from this program, you must be able to commit to practicing 5 days per week. The Well-Mannered Dog: $475 This program begins with 8 days of Board and Train. Also included: 1 private lesson while your dog is with me and 2 additional lessons after your dog goes home. The Incredible Dog: $750 This program begins with 15 days of Board and Train. Also included: 2 private lessons while your dog is with me and 2 additional lessons after your dog goes home. The Perfect Pup Program: $1275 This program begins with 30 days of Board and Train. Also included: 3 private lessons while your dog is with me and 3 additional lessons after your dog goes home. Dream Dog for Life: $3475 Begins with 30 days of Board and Train with 3 private lessons while your dog is with me. Also includes: Unlimited Private Lessons, Unlimited Board and Train and Unlimited Field Trips for the life of your dog. **Private Lessons and Field Trips limited to 2 times per week and must be scheduled in advance. Boarding: $25/day No aggressive dogs are accepted for boarding. Owners are responsible for providing their dog's food and all necessary medications. Boarding w/ Training: $45/day Multi-dog discount: 10% for all dogs after the first one Service Dogs: Individual pricing **I accept Cash, Checks, PayPal, and Venmo.**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I speak with a potential client in order to understand exactly what they are looking for Private Lessons or Board and Train? Is there behavior modification that needs to be done? Does the dog jump on people? Or run out the door every time it's opened? Is the dog aggressive? With all of the available information, clients and I decide together which option is best for them and their dog. I offer a free meet and greet for all new clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of experience. I have extensive experience in both household and AKC Obedience. I have owned an Obedience School. I taught Puppy classes, Beginning and Advanced obedience, Show obedience, and Agility. I have been Director of Training for Search and Rescue dogs for organizations spanning a tri-state area, and I have trained several successful Service Dogs for both adults and children. All of my education and training has come from 43 years of living and working with dogs. Experience. I learn something from these dogs everyday.
