- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every event is different we don't have publishable rates. We do our best to provide great value and amazing customer service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with messages through Thumbtack. I like to arrange a phone consultation. If we are doing balloon decor a site visit is helpful in designing the perfect decor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend classes on face painting & balloons. I also am on forums that list current developments in both face painting & balloons. I also attend clown conferences. I've taken training from Qualatex Balloons and become a part of the Qualatex Balloon Network. I continue to train myself and my team to provide the highest quality services!
