- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies and it depends on the scope of work to be completed on larger jobs each job is different. My handyman services are $50 and hour and it's a one hour minimum, Beyond the handyman services I offer, all other services that I offer are a bid by job basis. I do not work for more than one day for an hourly charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It really depends on the scope of work. If it is just something simple, I will show up and get it fixed for you. I am also capable of doing larger interior projects from start to finish. Generally, I like to meet with a customer and go over what they are wanting to accomplish and go from there. All my estimates are free
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 25 years experience in high end interior finishing on site fabrication and finishing and remodeling, flooring and finish painting.
