- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do all jobs by an estimate. From our experience, we find we get a better understanding of our clients expectations by meeting them in person. Our estimates are free, and we do offer specific discounts to our clients for qualified referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we talk over the phone. From there we set up a time to come look at your project. If you like our estimate, you hire us! Very simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our mom and pop team both have Bachelor Degrees in Business Management, and Marketing. We have been self employed for over 19 years. Additionally, we are licensed and Insured.
