- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am an Authorized Service Provider for Dell, IBM, Lenovo, and HP, Vizio, to name a few. I am sending my resume as well. Basically my prices go like this: If I can fix the computer without parts, it's between 40.00 and 60.00. If I need parts it's the same plus parts. If I can not fix your computer, there is no charge, unless I have to come to your location. Then there is a 25.00 trip charge.

As my resume states. A+, network+, security+, Project+ certified. plus many others that relate to programming. I am a high school grad. I attended WGU but for four years but never graduated, divorce got in the way, that was in 2010.
