Introduction: All of our services are done "green". There is no paper to get misplaced or any correspondence that is not properly encrypted if the information is sensitive. We spend the time with you that most national brands will not spend with you to help you understand your tax scenario. We want you to understand your tax situation and by interviewing our clients and bringing forth information that will help their understanding of how they plan for their tax future. We have offices in Indianapolis, IN and in Atlanta, GA. In assisting our clients and others, we have the opportunity to connect to them so that our clients understand their rights as taxpayers and how we can assist them throughout the year to bring down their tax liability and save money.

From the reply to my first mail to the series of text messages to the prompt responses to my concerns, the entire team was awesome. My visit to the office was so fulfilling in that the receptionist/assistant was courteous and helpful. TJ was so patient to listen to all my concerns as we go through my original errors and amended them one at a time with full explanations as to what each questionnaire required of the tax-payer.

Interviewing our clients to understand their tax needs. Asking plenty of qualifying questions, communicating new tax codes that affect them, suggesting ways to decrease their tax liability all year round.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, 16 CPE annually as required by the IRS plus another 6-10 CPE for our personal interests.
