What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will submit an estimate once we touch details of the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After estimate is approved we will have a pre construction meeting, order material for finishes, help customer get finishing selections. Once finishing material is ordered and design is approved we will work on permits. Once we got permits approve from city we can have a starting date.
