He recommended having the rollers replaced on both doors. He had them on his truck and installed the bottom ones for me which can be tricky and I did the rest. The extra cost was minimal and well worth it. I am very happy with every aspect of the work done!

Very impressed. I did a search for Garage door system update to get the Wi-Fi enabled garage door opener and I received a message from Tom through thumbtack within a minute. He had the materials and availability right away to have a specialist come out and install it the same day. His responsiveness and quality information about the install and upfront costs were accurate and precise with no "hidden" costs. He notified me that the specialist was about 30 minutes out with his name and a picture, to keep us informed and prepared for the arrival. Grant showed up within the 30 minutes, greeted us and went to work! He did a wonderful job and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and happy with the work performed. Thanks guys! Anyone needing this type of work done, I highly recommend this company. Fast, reliable, prepared and friendly through and through. Very easy business transaction for us. Cheers!
