Engaged TruBlue through the ProReferral service at Home Depot. The owner Matt was very professional, contacted me promptly and patiently discussed my needs and their available services (assemble and hook up a Weber grill and assemble a NordicTrack exercise equipment). The home technician Brian was also very professional and maintained a clean work area before and after the assembly. Unfortunately, my Weber grill had a broken piece and Brian came out a 2nd time to help repair. He even offered to run to the nearby Home Depot store to pick up a replacement part. TruBlue is definitely the best home service company I have ever experienced and I would strongly recommend them to family and friends and anyone. Their services and attitudes go above and beyond. Thumbs up to TruBlue.

TruBlue pricing may seem higher than the average handyman, but as a value it is hard to beat. We pre-screen all of our employees and are bonded and insured. TruBlue also will come to your home and give you a free estimate. We are also an Age Safe Certified Senior Home Safety Specialist that can provide you with a home safety inspection of your house at no charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a three step process. Step 1. We identify your expectations. Step 2. We present a customized solution. Step 3. You sit back and relax... Let TruBlue work for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our home technicians have a minimum of 5 years experience with most having 10-30 years experience. We perform a rigorous interview process including a comprehensive skills assessment and initial training program. Our owner has owned multiple businesses in Hamilton County and is a registered pharmacist plus a certified senior home safety specialist. He understands the importance of happy employees and happy customers.
