The communication with the client at the start of the process is most important part of the process. We invite input during the process, but typically we end up in sync with the client's needs and intentions. It is important to us to have a happy customer. What do we like the most about our job? We love doing this work every day. We love working outside and doing the heavy lifting for customers. Interaction with the customer at the close of the job is what we like most about our job. Seeing the customer interaction with the elements of the final product is rewarding. Customers enjoy taking something that was in their mind, to a point of actually seeing it on their property. Sometimes it is a challenge to take it from point A to B, but seeing the project come together at the end is very rewarding.
