The technicians arrived on time, very friendly and completed diagnostics then explained the findings clearly. Communication was professional and the process was straightforward and our fridge is back up and running. I appreciated the transparency and courtesy shown during the visit! Definitely recommend!

Did a great job fixing it but the problem was no one asked me before they fixed it. Just fixed it then handed me a $194 invoice. I was expecting to only pay $50 then find out what was wrong with it. Happy to have it fixed but not happy with how it was done.

Who would have thought I could get same day service! Gustavo was a joy to watch as he fixed my refrigerator ... he was quiet, seemed really efficient and attentive to what he was doing, and I was so glad it was fixable and in good shape! I will definitely use him/them again!
