- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing we offer is always fair and competitive and our customers always get more than what they pay for in terms of quality, reliability and efficiency. We offer veteran discounts as well as a 5% cash discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us we address their needs in as many details as possible and if needed we request pictures. Also if it is necessary we can offer an in person quote for FREE within a 40mile radius of our office.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training and education includes over 14years of trade show fabrication and installations of custom made exhibits that are put on display around the country and some that travel around the world. To be in this industry it requires that you be very well versed in many types of skills and trades including cabinet making, laminating, structural engineering, detailed finish work, flooring installation, audio visual connectivity and most IMPORTANTLY customer relations.
