The high resolution screen of my laptop was cracked accidently. ABC providing outstanding service by clearly communicating my options for repair, completing the repair in a timely fashion after the replacement screen arrived and their pricing was less than I anticipated. I am back in business.

My Dell laptop was not working. On checking they found that the mother-board is not working. They tried hard to find a replacement mother-board. They also pushed Dell for a replacement deal. Unfortunately both options couldn't work out and we had to take the laptop back. They are friendly and gave personal attention throughout the process. They also put extra efforts at all stages to find a solution. They honor their no fix no fee policy, which keeps the customer at least risk. We wont hesitate to go back to them, or recommend them to others.

They were unable to fix at this time because parts could not be found. They were going to try some other sources and let me know. Since they could not fix I was not charged anything as advertised. I would use them again.
