Very happy with our new floors. We had Perfect Finish install laminate flooring in our kitchen. They did a great, professional install, were very careful moving appliances in and out. Best of all, the price was very affordable. Would definitely hire them again.

Did good on the tile installation but tiled over sink drain and urinal drain. Installer removed my water supply valves and said he would replace them but at end of job they just said that they decided not to replace the valves. I needed to hire another service to solder the new valves on the water supply and rent a grinder and diamond blade to cut out the drains that were covered by tile. This made a giant mess and wasted a whole day.

I am so sorry I hired them to install my hardwood floor. I had recently installed the same floors in my kitchen and they were stunning. After months of trying to get the same contractor to do my hall and living room, I threw in the towel and hired Perfect Finish Flooring experts-there was nothing perfect or expert about this installation. Here is a LIST of the problems I encountered. 1) I initially received the estimate-after day one of installation they raised it by $70. I asked why and was told by Dan that they had to re-install my baseboards. I didn't understand this because we discussed it during our initial conversation. Okay I paid it. 2) I initially left a check for $500 with the remainder to be paid upon completion. When it was completed, he sent me an invoice with instructions and I paid it. The next day, he sent me an email saying the invoice instructions he sent me were unable to accept payment, (though it accepted my cash) and he needed to be paid through a different medium. I told him it was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard and that he would need to return the funds to me before I could re-send them to him. He then accepted the funds. 3) When I came home after the partial install, I mentioned to Dan that the spacing between the planks was too far apart. There were gaps that in the course of installation had gathered a terrible amount of dust. My floor looked old before it ever looked new! He told me he would take care of it. He didn't. 4)I come home after the floors are finished and there are literally chunks of wood missing in a variety of areas and deep scratches on the wood. I sent an email to him about this and he didn't respond. Four days later, I sent another email to which he said he could come out and look at them at 8:00 a.m. the following Saturday. At 7:00, he emailed me to say he couldn't make it because he had a family emergency. We rescheduled for the following Monday. He emailed me at 4:00 to say he couldn't make our 5:30 appointment because he had to go into work. We rescheduled for Tuesday and at this point he tells me they won't replace the damaged floorboards, they are going to fill the holes with wood putty. I emailed him to say I didn't hire him to install goop-I hired him to install hardwood floors and I didn't expect them to be installed and damaged before I even got to use them. 4) I used the same wood flooring for my initial kitchen floor and for the second hallway and living room project. I asked them to use my leftover wood from my initial kitchen flooring project first. They left the bin and the remaining wood on MY PATIO. I found it a week after torrential rains.
