- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we prefer to visit the property to give the best estimate. It is hard to give a guestimate on paper. There are a lot of variables as far as yard size, hills, fences, obstacles. for the best price and most competitive please do not be offended if we ask to come see the property. this is for your benefit to give the most accurate quote,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me. We set up a time that works for them to meet at the property. They show and tell me what. the job is. Then we try and agree on a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 13 years military service in heavy equipment. as well as over 15 years in the lawn service industry.
