Great experience! He fixed the struts on my washer in about two hours and had it running like new. Super professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend him for appliance repairs!

One star added because Dave is honest. And one star for simple jobs that need to be done.
However, the complete bathroom remodel was over his head. He had to look up how to do things, and then did them poorly. He stepped in paint and then got the paint on a rug. (He was honest about this and offered to replace the rug, which we declined, because we felt sorry for him and the cost of the rug was $400. ) He did get the whirlpool tub installed, but it leaked and he had to fix it. He put together the vanity well, but neglected to anchor it to the wall. He used the wrong plumbing method for the sink drain ( we discovered when it left a massive amount of water on the floor) and it needs to be repaired by a plumber. He neglected using any kind of supports for the shower head, and the whole wall needs to be taken out so that it can be properly installed by a plumber. Total cost to fix: $1300 for the plumber, plus cost to have the drywall fixed afterwards and the vanity anchored.
