- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can do in home consultations if that is what you would prefer. But if you call we usually ask how many rooms we're cleaning, if there are any pets, what level of clutter we are cleaning (i.e. how dirty the job is and how much needs to be cleaned,) and the frequency we need to return; weekly or bi-weekly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go by every customer's personal preference. Each job is unique and catered to our clients! Usually we start by taking down contact info and writing specifics that client asks for in a notebook. That way we have a record of how they want their house or business cleaned!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both worked in general maintenance for several jobs. We've had to clean everything from public restrooms, clean up spilled bottles to clean windows, dining rooms, and polish stainless steel counters as well. Worked in restaurants cleaning kitchens, fountain drink nozzles, windows, cleaning tables, booths, windows. almost everything that wouldn't require special equipment. We also do laundry several times a week and we'll even fold it and put it away for you!
