Ira is the best house cleaner we’ve ever had. She pays attention to detail and really cleans each room thoroughly. She actually uses a mop to clean the floors! Uses good products and tools. Very reasonable for the amount of work they are doing. We loved the first clean so much that we immediately set up bi weekly appointments. If you want a great cleaner, hire Ira!

Pro doesn't understand "deep" clean although charged me as such. Told me they would be there 4 hours (x2 people) for a deep clean, which seemed reasonable; however they called me in maybe 2 1/2 hours to say they were done. Cleaning was ok, but nowhere near a "deep" clean. Work out details before (significant language barrier) so you're not disappointed too.
